Brett Sutherlin

CO-FOUNDER / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Brett Sutherlin brings over 18 years of automotive experience to fusionZONE Automotive. As the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, he is the driving force of the company’s innovative vision and manages the overall strategic direction of the company. Sutherlin’s start in the automotive industry was as a powerhouse automotive dealership mogul’s son, in which he learned every facet of the retail automotive business by working diligently and passionately immersing himself in the family business. As consumer web presence became increasingly prevalent in the automotive industry, Sutherlin quickly found a niche in this relatively new digital marketing arena and launched fusionZONE Automotive. He has grown fusionZONE Automotive to be one of the largest Automotive Digital Marketing companies in the U.S.

Sutherlin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Marketing from Northwood University. The National Automobile Dealers Association (N.A.D.A.) selected Northwood University as the exclusive college to develop the only collegiate degree program in Automotive Marketing & Management.

Karen Sutherlin

CO-FOUNDER | CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Karen Sutherlin brings over 15 years of retail automotive experience to fusionZONE Automotive, Inc. As Chief Operating Officer, Sutherlin works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to create business growth strategies, increase partnership relations and define sales goals. Being Six Sigma focused, Sutherlin manages the overall internal operations and oversees all tactical and strategic decisions. Sutherlin is responsible for managing the internal operating budget, ensuring programmatic success through cost analysis support and ensuring compliance with all fusionZONE Automotive contractual and programmatic requirements. Sutherlin manages the coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization, including organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, development and monitoring of organizational and contract budgets.

Sutherlin earned an MBA with an emphasis in International Business at the University of Miami and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.

Steve Greenfield

PRESIDENT

Steve Greenfield is the President of fusionZONE Automotive, a provider of marketing software products for automotive dealers, located in Los Angeles, California.

Prior to fusionZONE, Steve was the Founder and CEO of Automotive Ventures, LLC, an automotive digital technology product and advisory firm that worked to identify and solve huge pain points in the automotive industry. Products included CarLingo, CompetitorPro, and VINFactor.

Prior to Automotive Ventures, Steve served as AutoTrader.com’s Vice President of Product Management. Steve was responsible for the online user experiences on AutoTrader.com’s website and mobile devices, advertising products for automotive manufacturers and dealers, as well as their advertising management platform.

Earlier in his career at AutoTrader.com, Steve was Vice President of Business Development. In this role, he managed AutoTrader.com’s business development initiatives, including the establishment and execution of the company’s acquisition and partnership strategy. During this tenure, Steve oversaw the acquisitions of vAuto, Kelley Blue Book, HomeNet Automotive, and VinSolutions.

Before joining AutoTrader.com, Steve served as Manheim’s Director of international Development. In this role, he worked to develop opportunities for Manheim’s overseas investments, including new ventures in Dubai, Istanbul and Beijing.

Steve held several other positions at Manheim, including Director of Strategic Analysis and Manager of Sales/Operations.

Greenfield began his career at Manheim in Canada in 1999 as the Technology Manager at Toronto Auto Auction, where he oversaw the marketing and sales of password protected technology products to automotive manufacturers and dealers.

Very early in his career, Steve started, owned and operated a comic book store in downtown Toronto, before selling it to go back to school.

Greenfield is a graduate of York University (Toronto) and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

In his spare time, Steve serves as President of the Emory Entrepreneur Network, an affinity group of Emory University. He also serves as Chairman of Community Consulting Teams (CCT) Atlanta, a non-profit providing pro-bono management consulting services to small Atlanta-area non-profits. Steve also serves on the Boards of the Emory University Alumni Association and Safe Kids Georgia – part of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. For fun, he likes to ride his motorcycle on the racetrack.

Dick Bradley

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Dick Bradley brings over 10 years of technology management experience to fusionZONE, mostly in the automotive industry. Before joining fusionZONE, Dick Bradley spent 10 years at Internet Brands, a KKR owned company that operates properties such as WebMD, Lawyers.com, and AutoData. Bradley led the company’s Automotive eCommerce vertical which included properties Carsdirect.com, TheCarConnection.com, and AutoCreditExpress.com, among others. Prior to that, Bradley served as a Sergeant and Maintenance Chief in the United States Marine Corps.

Bradley holds a Master of Business for Veterans from The Marshall School of Business at The University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from John Carroll University.
